The success of community events such as this one depend on volunteers. We still have several opportunities to help.

Set Up (1-4 pm) - The bulk of the set up will occur between 1-3, then just a few people will be needed to help the restaurants with set up.

The Bonfire (4-8 pm) - There will be the need for some people to help with various activities during the bonfire. Also, at this time we will need help with the hay ride (drivers, line managers).

Breakdown/Clean up (8-10 pm.) Although the fire stays lit until 10pm, the activities and food will end around 8 pm. We will need help then with breaking down tables, etc. (This shouldn’t take the whole two hours.)

Sunday am Clean up. (tba) We need to leave the field clear of all debris. People will be need to remove wood scrap/ashes and gather debris that was missed the night before.
