Everyone in the community is invited to participate! The SPBO is here as your neighborhood organization — to reflect the ideas and concerns of our community.

Can you please give your email list MORE NOTICE of meetings in the future. Notification the day or two days before is not enought time. Notice of one or two weeks would be preferred.

Hello,
unfortunately I won’t be able to come to the meeting on Thursday, but I would like to let you know about a new community-building effort in Point Breeze:
Point Breeze playtime at Sterrett playground on Sunday afternoons.
We, a group of parents who want their children to have time and space for old-fashioned free outdoor play, invite children of all ages and adults to join us.
We meet at Sterrett playground on Sunday at 4 pm. When it starts to get too dark, the playtime will be from 3 till 5 pm. During the week (prior to playtime) check the Frick Market window for schedule changes. Once playtime starts, latecomers can check the note on the playground fence along Edgerton Avenue for any changes in location.
Bring your flashlights for hide-and-seek this coming Sunday.

I am a new employee in a local business and would like to get involved in the business organization. Is there a local contact that can give me information. I am happy to volunteer for committees.
